Term of Services

  • Commissions are for personal use only, unless you’ve received explicit permission for commercial use.

  • Clients are not allowed to resell, mint as NFT, or use my art for AI training in any form.

  • Payment is required before the sketch begins. You may choose: 50% down payment (DP) and 50% after sketch approval, or full upfront payment.

  • No refunds once the sketch has been approved. Refunds are only possible if I cancel the commission due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Please provide all necessary references within 7 days after your commission is accepted.

  • I’ll send progress updates and revisions regularly (Twitter/X is the preferred platform).

  • Please respond to my messages within 48 hours to avoid delays.

  • Commission time is around 1–2 weeks, depending on my schedule, queue, and complexity.

  • Rush orders (under 5 days) will incur a +30% fee, depending on availability.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission I’m not comfortable with.

  • I retain the rights to the final artwork for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless you request it to be private.

  • Final files will be sent via Twitter DM and email, depending on your preference.
